Topic: "Silencing the Stress Monster." Everyone has a stress loop -- or "stress monster." By facing this repeating loop and hearing it out, we diminish its power ... its hot air. In this interactive workshop, we'll create a stress monster that combines the group's most common stressors. We'll learn together what it's all about, why it bugs us, and how to release ourselves! This is a very interactive exercise created to unveil personal ah-ha's. Learning to manage stress effectively could be a life-changing -- and team-changing -- skill. Workshop leader Hope Tackaberry tells us, "Don't be shy during this activity; participation is key!"

Hope Tackaberry is a certified Stress Management and Personal Development Coach specializing in personal coaching and organizational workshops. In addition to stress issues, she works with clients in areas such as creating more happiness, getting clarity, work-life balance, goal setting, and more.
